Fitness GOALS – 2015!

Since I was about 16 years old I have always had a goal to get ‘Beyonce Abs’ for the Summer time and I always got consumed with something else and forgot alllll about my goal, lol! Call it delusional or ambitious but for Summer 2015 I will have my version of Beyonce abs, lmao I am holding myself to this goal. I’ll even settle for baby Bey abs, I’m not discriminating.

I say all of this to say if you are just like me, always making plans to get toned or lose weight and you don’t have time to go to the gym.. make 2015 your year to do all of what you aspire to do health wise. There is no time like the present!

I will be joining a gym by next week, I’ll be changing up my diet a little bit (notice I said a little bit), and incorporating either a new tea, etc. I’ll also be trying out this workout product that was given to me in September during Fashion Week but I didn’t have the time to use it. Are you guys joining me on making 2015 year of Flat, Toned, and Fabulous?!

I will be starting next week, and I plan to create a fitness space on the site to talk about my journey & everything I’m learning along the way. I’m too excited! I think its great to start it before the semester starts because that’s when all the bad habits arise. Operation ‘Beyonce Abs’ start the week of January 12th, 2015
