The title just says it all, doesn’t it?! It definitely caught my attention and immediately I grabbed this book and I must say, so far so
goo d, amazing! I have to note that I began reading this last week and I am not done with it yet but I couldn’t contain myself and I had to share it with you guys if you haven’t heard of it yet. I couldn’t keep this gem to myself :).
I love the author’s approach, writing style, and overall message. This book is for anyone that cares too much about things that don’t matter. We are all in search of happiness and we treat happiness like it is a destination and not a journey. Happiness is definitely a journey and I find it to be a choice. I didn’t realize that I felt that way until this year.
I am getting sidetracked as usual, back to the book.
The book really puts things in perspective and you truly have to pick and choose the things to give a f*ck (as he would say) about. The author speaks personally about himself and what he had to go through, and he shares stories about other people. I love his writing style, you’ll find yourself flying through the pages.
Author Mark Manson says that we all should stop being so ‘positive’ and just be honest, it will make us happier people. This book is raw, honest, sour, and sweet all at the same time. This is a dose of reality that we all need. Now, I am not done yet so I will probably come back and update this post but I definitely recommend this to everyone that I know :). Check it out whenever you get the chance, you won’t regret it.
