Thank You.. xo

So, I’m a little late on this but hey! I’ve been busy lol. I just want to say thank you so much to all of the designers that invited me to their shows, and after parties! I didn’t have time this year to review each and every show that I went to, so I just wanted to say thank you instead. Also, thank you to the organizers of Nolcha Fashion Week, and Couture Fashion Week for the invitations.

Also, I’m just very happy with how everything is going. Last fashion week I won the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week twitter contest, and got two tickets to Nanette Lepore. Then I won a contest for the Sachika Twins show on Valentine’s Day and spent the night with my first love — Fashion. I also covered two more shows. My first fashion week last Feb. was magical. Then I had the wonderful opportunity to cover Miami Swim Week! I got so many invitations to show shows and met so many nice bloggers at a few of the shows.

This year for NYFW I didn’t enter any contests. I was sent invitations. I was very honored! I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made in a few months as a fashion blogger/owner of my own site. I work very hard at what I do, the grind never stops for me. I’m forever working and perfecting my craft. While most college students are holding up a red cup or sleeping in because they went to a crazy party last night ; I am at meetings making connections, sketching designs, or in my hot pink robe typing away on my laptop making things happen. I don’t feel that I’m missing out on anything because fashion has always been me. It’s truly a labor of love. I’m not faulting or judging anyone… do you!! I’ve found my passion, and that’s fashion ;).
