If you’re wondering how I got such great curls in my hair and how it stayed so bouncy during the first two days of Fashion Week.. I have been using the Nume 4 Play curling wand which I received from the Flat Iron Experts. It’s a very SERIOUS curling wand lol. My first day of Fashion Week began at 5:30 in the morning and ended about 10:30 close to 11pm. After taking off my makeup I put my hair up and the next morning the curls still had bounce! Now, yesterday I knew that this curling wand was a keeper because after a few shows, I left Lincoln Center and the curls stayed tight through the blizzard!! I can honestly say it’s blizzard proof!! Haha.
The iron heats up very quickly.. so you’re not sitting there for like 10 mins trying to find something to do to pass the time. Since the 4 tourmaline barrels are without a clip you have to simply wrap your hair around the wand. There is a heat resistant glove provided. The glove is nice and thick so you barely feel the heat. Do not keep your hand on the curler for too long if you don’t have to though.
