I hope that everyone is enjoying their Thanksgiving Holiday! I would love to share with you a great beauty gem that I’ve had for a few months now. A few weeks ago I was sent these brushes (early October) and because of my hectic schedule I took a break from blogging. I am back now, and I come singing praises of these two make up brush sets that I have been testing!
First up is the oval brush set pictured above. These brushes are perfect for putting on your concealer and foundation. They are super soft, easy to handle and light weight. With these brushes you will never miss a spot and if you have sensitive skin like I do, your skin will not be irritated when using them. A flawless look will definitely be achieved. There are 10 different brushes and they are all different sizes. There are a few that are perfect for liner and you could also use one for brows. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend these based off of foundation and concealer application alone. I’ve included a photo of myself with my foundation on after using the oval brushes above.
The second set is the luscious pink and white brush set! This set has 24 brushes for every possible look that you could possibly want to create. My favorite brush is the fan because I have always wondered if it really is a must have brush for brushing on your highlighter and I have to say — it definitely is. It blends everything so well!
As far as the other slimmer brushes, I will say that some of the medium size brushes were a bit stiff so make sure that your face is moisturized and you will get the effect that you’re looking for. Otherwise, your makeup will look dry and patchy. These brushes are easy to clean and are pretty low maintenance. Visually they are very pretty, of good quality, and they come in a blush pink brush case.
I really enjoy using these brushes and I definitely will say that while both are great, the oval set is on the top of my recommendation list.
